Registration is $125 and is going on now.
Download the Summer Institute REGISTRATION FORM and mail it directly to VSW. Mail registration must include full payment and will be processed in order of receipt. Be sure to provide all of the information requested on the registration form.
You can register by phone at (585) 442–8676 x112 if you are using a VISA, MasterCard or American Express for payment. Phone registration hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
You may fax the registration form below to (585) 442–1992. Credit card payment must be included.
If a your check/charge does not clear for payment, an additional fee of $35 will be charged. VSW does not guarantee enrollment until payment is resubmitted.
