Commentary: The End of an Era, Not the End of the World

kodachrome-slideRecent coverage of the final roll of Kodachrome took on a dark tone, much of it reading like an obituary for all of photography’s traditions.

Amid all the eulogizing, Luke Strosnider offers a reminder that the “old ways” aren’t dead, the “new ways” build on the past, and the basic elements of photography are still the most wondrous aspects of the medium.
