French filmmaker Rose Lowder has been a major influence in the world of experimental cinema since the 1970’s.  Working frame-by-frame in 16mm film, Lowder constructs complex visual phenomena that interweave color, texture, perspective and time, while focusing her lens on the rich landscape of the natural world.
