Name/TitleTraveling Away From Home
About this objectFisheye view of a house–most likely Smith’s residence at 22 Cayuga Street in Rochester featured in other work–with a porch. The image of the house seems to bend at the right edge and have a ceiling suggesting a diorama or sunken space. A runny red spot intrudes on the upper left corner of the image and terminates at two upstairs windows. The chimney is colored in the same red.
Medium and MaterialsXerographic image and watercolor.
