Sept 21 –Nov 30: Geography of Your Community:
Daniel Tucker in Dialogue with the VSW Film Collection
In this program, Tucker has mined the archives at VSW to create a program that considers different interpretations of how to investigate localism from the level of a neighborhood to an individual body. The works included range from classroom films made to teach young people how to research their own communities to early film/video collectives making media about local issues in Rochester.
