In line with our mission, internships at Visual Studies Workshop provide education, training, and work experience for emerging professionals in a range of arts and archive-related fields.

Interns may receive training and hands-on experience in a number of collections and arts administration areas, including: exhibition management; marketing and promotion; working with analog film, audio and video tapes, lantern slides and 35mm still image materials; cataloging, photographing and scanning artist books, archival material, photographs and more.

Our internships are currently open to students, recent college graduates, graduate students, and emerging professionals working in related fields.
