For this intensive five-day workshop at VSW, artist and director Carole Kim is putting out a call for people of all disciplines and hidden talents who like to work in image, sound, movement, text, or performance and who share an interest in cross-media experimentation. We will explore how inherent properties of existing architecture can provide an interesting basis upon which we can build a media architecture and how that can impact one’s perception and experience of the space. Emphasis will be on a generative process of discovery.
