Exhibitions Political Prints by Adam Maida

Adam Maida is a graphic designer, illustrator, and printmaker from Rochester, N.Y. His editorial illustrations are frequently featured in publications such as The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Intercept, Mother Jones, and The Nation. He has also designed covers and packaging for various Criterion Collection releases as well as promotional posters for films, theatres, and, cultural and academic events. Through his personal work he continues to use graphic design as a tool to call attention to various political, economic, and social justice issues at home and abroad. He will be utilizing the collections and facilities at VSW to construct a new series of work during his time in the Project Space.
