Nicholas Gurewitch intends to storyboard a motion picture to be produced in Rochester, NY. He will be using VSW’s archive to enhance his location-scouting of areas and to use archival photos and films to inspire compositions and plan scenes. The film will feature muppet-like creatures that serve to externalize psychological functions and ideas inside the minds of people appearing on screen.

Nicholas Gurewitch has lived in the Rochester area since graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in film in 2004. He publishes a comic strip The Perry Bible Fellowship online and in print. He recently completed work on a book about death.
