Nancy Topolski will be using her time in the Project Space to create a collage installation and develop imagery that will lead to a large artist book. She will be working with VSW’s vast archive of news agency imagery and lantern slides as source material for printmaking and other experiments.

Nancy Topolski currently resides in Rochester, NY where she makes collages and books from discarded objects, book bindings, and vintage and found paper ephemera. She has a BA in Art from Bucknell University and a Masters degree in Special Education from St. John Fisher College.
