The 16mm film collection at VSW includes over 3,000 titles with a robust assortment of iconic and obscure avant-garde films. This program presents a selection of short films that have rarely been screened in Rochester on 16mm, including a film made by Robert Frank during his residency at VSW in 1971. After the screening, participants will be able to visit the VSW Film Vaults with Tara Merenda Nelson, Curator of Moving Image.
