12pm – 5pm at VSW

Free and open to the public

  • Home Movie Day is a worldwide event that invites you to see and share your own home movies with an audience of your community. Bring your Super 8, 8mm, and 16mm films, as well as your audio and videotapes to screen or just come to behold the vast array of fascinating amateur movies in the Rochester area! Film archivists will be on-hand to inspect and project your home movies on real film projectors. All films and videos determined to be in good condition will be screened before a live audience.

This event is free and open to the public, but please register here.

The VSW Salon is programmed by Tara Merenda Nelson, taranelson@vsw.org

The VSW Salon is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts and by the ArtWorks program of the National Endowment for the Arts.
